Biketec has now served Aberdeen and the North East’s motorcycle training needs for over 20 years making it the longest established motorcycle training body in the area. We are also the largest training body in Aberdeen and the North East, with training sites in both Aberdeen and Inverurie.
At Biketec you’re a name not a number, where it is ‘quality not quantity’ that counts. Our patient and friendly instructors create a relaxed atmosphere, where our trainees are taught how to ride safely and not just how to pass their test, all of course to the highest of standards.
We provide each trainee with a thorough grounding to his or her beginning to motorcycling with the option of further training once they have passed their test.
Biketec presently has 6 full-time instructors and 11 part-time instructors who come from all walks of life. The main thing we have in common is that we all love biking and we enjoy passing our wealth of knowledge on to our trainees.
biketec, as recommended by most of our pupils!
Biketec is, and will always remain independent. We offer impartial advice on your first bike, clothing and equipment. Most of our trainees come to us either from recommendations by the dealers in Aberdeen or through word of mouth from ex-pupils who, in their opinion, have found they have received not only value for money but also first class instruction. Our pass rate speaks for itself and it will be posted and updated regularly on the web site.
One of our mottos at Biketec is ‘safety first’. Our part-time instructors use their own bikes for instructing ensuring that even when/if you decide to take the 500cc Direct Access test, we won’t be following you on anything less than a 500cc.
