theory test
Your motorcycle theory test must be completed at least 3 business days before your practical motorcycle test, although we prefer if your theory test is completed before you book/reserve your intensive training.
The motorcycle theory test now consists of two parts. Part 1 contains 35 multiple choice questions of which a pass mark of 30 or more must be obtained. Part 2 consists of the Hazard Perception Video Clips in which a pass mark of 44 must be obtained. Both Part 1 and Part 2 must be passed in order to obtain an overall pass.
Either a motorcycle theory test book or CD Rom can be purchased for the questions, and a DVD is available for the Hazard Perception Video Clips. We also rent the aforementioned for a deposit of £15 per item of which £10 per item is refundable.
